(1) As you learned in the last lesson, your sense of self can change depending on which of which of your relationships you are thinking about. Your open self might be huge (in relation to the blind, hidden, and unknown parts) in respect to you and your best friend. On the other hand, your hidden self might be the largest part in dealing with someone at work you don't trust.
In this activity, examine two of your relationships. Use some scratch paper to sketch out what your Johari window would look like with both of these two individuals. Describe how you see yourself in both of these relationships. How might you improve your relationships using what you have learned in this section? |
